Senior Partner Asa Hutchinson testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on March 30th. The hearing, “Securing the Border: Building on the Progress Made,” was part of a series of hearings the Committee has had on oversight of the United States border security operations.

In his testimony, Hutchinson emphasized three essential priorities necessary to control the borders – accelerate the resources necessary to control our Southern border; monitor and enforce the law on visa overstays; and reduce the power and pull of the marketplace for illegal employment.
